  • Ready-to-Wear Wigs: Processing takes 24 hours to 3 business days after your order is placed.
  • Custom Orders: Processing for custom looks, including specialized wigs and styles, takes a minimum of 14+ business days due to the care and precision required to craft these items.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (Canada & USA):
    • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.
  • International Orders:
    • Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure fast, secure, and traceable shipping.

Important Shipping Notes

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
  • OJA Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.



Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please carefully review our policy to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Return Window: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return or exchange:
    • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
    • Tags must still be attached.
    • The lace must be uncut and there should be no signs of wear or alterations.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-Made Wigs: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain sale items may be marked as final sale and will not be eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return:
    • To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@ojahairshop.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Approval:
    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions for shipping the product back.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
  4. Inspection:
    • Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the product does not meet our return criteria, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be shipped back to you.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, the original product must first be returned following the return process. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.


Additional Information

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly address the matter.
  • Unclaimed or Returned Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
